We do our best to offer classes that will be of the most benefit to our students. Shide Geshes offer long and short courses according to their availability and ability.
Below are the classes that are currently open. Anyone can join.
If you are a group coming to town and would like to request a meeting with or teaching from one of the Geshes, please let us know!
Mind Training & Meditation

The Way of Practicing Compassion (Hebrew translation)
Online course taught in Tibetan by Geshe Gyaltsen Tsering and translated into Hebrew. Topics will include how to practice compassion and how to deal with struggles in everyday life.

This is a space for questions about daily life. Each Sunday the teacher will explore practical topics such as love versus attachment; fear and anxiety; depression; sadness; job, family, etc.

Geshe Lharampa Gyaltsen Tsering uses the 12 Links of Dependent Origination as a foundation for the understanding on how suffering is created and experienced, and what are the techniques to overcome these bad experiences in our daily life.
